    For more than 20 years David, the PRBULLDOG, has provided media relations, crisis planning and reputation management counsel to public-eye clients including international and regional law firms, a state board of education, a national telecommunications company, a public attraction developer at one of the seven natural wonders of the world, an international solar panel manufacturer, a local water utility, a university recognized as the most innovative in the U.S., national hospital systems and health insurers, national restaurateurs, a global big-box retailer and many others. Current clients include Optum, Fennemore, Cox Communications and Courtesy Automotive Group, among others.

    David is recognized by the Public Relations Society of America Phoenix Chapter for his work in reputation management and is the author of “Protecting your client's most valuable assets: reputation and trust.” He earned a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

    Deborah Ostreicher is among the top public relations professionals in Arizona. Her reputation with media in the state is unparalleled, as she is known for being credible, reliable and creative. She spent over 30 years in leadership positions around the globe, including as Marketing Director for a multi-national hi-tech company in Central Europe, and as Events Manager for King Charles III in the U.K., Chief of Staff to the Phoenix mayor, and Vice President and spokesperson for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. All of that experience serves her clients at PRBULLDOG well as she finds winning opportunities to deliver the right kind of exposure. Her book, entitled Enter, Enlighten, and Exit is a simple guide to making clear, concise, and compelling statements. She earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park; her MBA in International Business at the American University, Washington, D.C. and her certificate in Leadership Communications from Harvard University, Cambridge.

    Originally from Arizona, Jordan recently traded the sunshine and cacti for showers and trees in a move to Seattle, WA.

    Jordan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a BSBA in Business Management and a Master of Legal Studies degree.

    Jordan has worked with PRBULLDOG for over five years developing, designing, and maintaining the PRBULLDOG site along with conducting client news and media-related research.

  • Spring 2026 PR Intern

    Maria Loiseau joins PRBULLDOG as a Public Relations Intern for the spring 2026 semester. She is a junior at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication with a minor in Economics. Previously, Maria interned for Arizona PBS, contributing to the production of Arizona Horizon. She also reported for Cronkite News in Washington, D.C., on topics ranging from international trade tariffs to the Congressional Baseball Game. 

    For PRBULLDOG, Maria will assist in the production of media materials for clients in sectors including health care, telecommunications, foundations, law, and sports. Maria is eager to start her public relations journey with PRBULLDOG and looks forward to sharpening her skills in research, writing, and strategic media pitching.
